Michelle is a native of the great state of North Carolina. GO PANTHERS. She resides close to Fort Bragg in a small town called HOPE MILLS. She has been working 34 yrs of the 50 that she has been on this dot and 99% of that time has been in the customer service field. Michelle enjoys talking to people and helping them when she can. She is active with the homeless ministry in Hope Mills that her church supports. She has found that the homeless are folks that just need to be loved on and the only way to do that is to sit and listen to their stories and to offer them a helping hand when needed.
Michelle has a couple hobbies she enjoys and they are reading and cooking. She also enjoys traveling. Her favorite place to be is in nature somewhere in the mountains. Also she loves spending time with her 4 legged blind baby Gabby Rae. She is one of the main reasons Michelle decided to take a remote position. She has had Gabby Rae for 14 yrs and prays their time together is endless however that will not be the case so Michelle is spending as much time with her as possible.
Michelle is currently working toward her certification to become a life coach. Her desire to help others is deeply rooted in herself because at one time or another she has needed help. She had a coach reach out to her a few years back who really helped so much with developing a positive mindset and understanding LIFE. Michelle just wants to be able to do that for someone else and have the certifications and tools to do so hence the certification. She is still working on her niche with coaching but is almost certain Happiness and Purpose will be a part of the platform.
Michelle is truly grateful and humbled to be apart of such an amazing group of people at Advantage Credit and is looking forward to seeing what lies ahead. Growing with a company that truly cares about their employees means a lot to her because it will allow her to take that love and give it back to the clients when they call in. Michelle firmly believes if a company takes care of their employees, the employees will take care of the company. Michelle said she felt the love from Advantage credit from the very first interview and it has not stopped.
