Jewell began her career in the credit reporting industry in 2002. In her capacity as a customer service representative Jewell proved to be a valuable member of the team. Upon learning of the opportunity to leverage her years of credit investigation experience, Jewell applied for and was promoted to the position of Re-Score Specialist. Having recently obtained her FICO Pro Certification, Jewell’s work frequently elicits positive customer feedback. Our favorite is “you’re a jewel, Jewell!”

Jewell is a Northern California native and keeps busy being the mother of two daughters, Ashley and Veronica. She enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time with family and friends as well as dining out and experiencing new adventures. She is also spontaneous, caring and finds joy in helping others in any way she can.
