Jacob joined Advantage Credit in September 2019. Prior to joining the Advantage Credit team, he worked in the credit reporting industry for five years, primarily in the mortgage customer service and rescore departments. His roles have included team lead and trainer. He has over ten years of customer service experience. He holds a certificate in Web Development and enjoys making websites and apps.
Jacob moved to Colorado in 2011. He is an avid reader and he and his wife, Anne, write novels together. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, making art, listening to music, going for walks, and coding. He strongly values diversity, inclusion, and authenticity. He lives in Fort Collins with his wife and their three amazing cats.
