Don Unger is the founder and CEO of Advantage Credit. Don started the company in December of 1993 out of a garage with a friend. His vision of providing exemplary customer service while at the same time keeping the company to a smaller more personal scale has lead Advantage Credit to being one of the leading credit reporting agencies in Colorado and the U.S.
A native of Indiana, Don has resided in the foothills outside of Denver for over 20 years. He has a degree in finance from Hanover College, the oldest private college in the state of Indiana, where he was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. His knowledge, experience and dedication keep Advantage Credit on track to being the most consistently expanding credit reporting agency around.
He is a member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers and sits on the board for the National Credit Reporting Association.
Don loves spending time with his wife, children and grand children. And when that isn’t occupying his time you can most likely find him on the golf course, riding horses or basking in the sun in Mexico reading the latest books on how to make his company the best it can be.
