Advanced Data Sales Executive
Position Overview:
The Advanced Data Sales Executive will spearhead growth in our Mortgage Quality Control (QC) operations. This role is a critical position to establishing a positive market presence, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target prospects: Sales Representatives will ensure development, planning, growth, and management of the company’s growth pipeline within the mortgage industry.
- Business Growth Strategy: Set and define strategic initiatives and actions aimed at expanding the company’s market presence with the goal of increasing sales and improving profitability.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and performance KPIs.
- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our post-closing quality control services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal partners to drive awareness of sales projects, specifically to align sales efforts across partner companies and with company goals and client needs. Work with internal stakeholders to develop industry-leading services to meet clients’ needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in post-closing quality control or related services.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mortgage post-closing processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Ability to function independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft and CRM, preference Sales Force
- Adaptable to change
- Positive attitude in the workplace
Position Requirements:
- Remote position, with 40-60% responsibility will be outside of office
- Travel expectations include frequent overnight and multiple day trips to existing clients and sales prospects
- Coordination and scheduling for in-person meetings at client’s location
- Attendance and participation in networking events and industry conferences
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Home office and internet service must meet the company’s stated requirements
Compensation:
Full-Time – Salary – Exempt
Starting Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
144 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) annually – pro-rated based on hiring date, first year
Salary Range adjustment for experience
Additional Compensation: monthly commission
Bi-Weekly pay period – direct deposit every other Thursday

144 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) annually – pro-rated based on hiring date, first year.
8 Hours of Paid Time off for birthday to be used 2 weeks prior or after birthday annually.
